Right Size Guarantee — wrong size? Easy exchange.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or a full refund. There is no restocking fee.

Ordered the wrong size or style? Send it back and we'll ship you the correct tool. You just cover the return shipping.

Refunds
Prefer your money back? Return the tool within 30 days for a full refund of the item price. No restocking fee. You just cover the return shipping.

Please verify your size before ordering
Our tools are not universal. Each tool is machined for one specific coupler size and style (ISO 16028 flat face, 7241-A, 7241-B, 5675 Ag/Pioneer). Please confirm your coupler using the part number stamped on it with our Coupler Size Search, or email us a photo before ordering. It saves you time and return shipping.

How to start an exchange or refund
Email relief@relieftool.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. We'll reply with the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Returned tools must be clean and in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at relief@relieftool.com and we'll make it right.

Refund timing
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please email relief@relieftool.com.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
